Born on the 6th of September 1965 into a Hindu-Kshatriya Household of the Kalleetlas, at Secunderabad in the heartland of Telangana, Vinaayaka kalleetla is the second son of Sri Rangadass and Smt.Padmavathi Kalleetla. His grand father Ramaswamy kalleetla-a congress worker in the Indian Freedom movement - with humble beginnings in the Construction Industry- rose to be an 'A' class contractor with the Indian South Central Railways, way back in 1960s itself. His brother Vasudev (2years elder) was a guiding & protective force through childhood.

Yet the down-to-earth upbringing in a traditional-God fearing Family along with the best of public school education in Andhra Pradesh state at The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, moulded Vinaayaka to always to look farther out ward - in matters of the Head and search inward - in matters of the Heart . At 16 , Vinaayaka set off in search of his real self and enroll in the Sri Sathya Sai University at Prashanthi Nilayam in Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh. It was here, under the mentorship of his Guru – Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, he evolved into a Multi-faceted, Integrated, Complete Human being.

As a leader of Abhyasa School and a Youth Activist, Vinaayaka (meaning: “The Leader of Leaders” - in Sanskrit language) is indeed engaged in the creation of leaders who would make a difference to their society by consciously co-existing with Society & Nature and adapt harmoniously to changes and challenges in life, so that they succeed professionally and are empowered for Collective Leadership and World Citizenship.

Vinaayaka’s Mission in life is to raise the level of Spiritual Consciousness of his fellow Human Beings.
